　　一、控制排便：肛周脓肿手术后，患者的肛门局部有手术创伤，因此为了创伤修复愈合，在术后3天内尽量注意不解大便。但是如果有便秘的患者应该及时用药缓解，等到排便过后或更换创伤部位的敷料前，首先应该使用高锰酸钾溶液或者温水坐浴，可以有效防止感染。在排便时要观察是否有大便变细、排便困难、大便失禁，如果有类似问题应该及时向医生请教。

　　二、防止伤口受压：肛周脓肿的患者手术后一定要避免坐着，在睡觉时同样需要注意避免压倒患处。如果不注意的话常会导致局部压力增大而引起出血或者裂开。

　　三、密切注意是否有出血：肛周脓肿的患者手术后创面非常容易渗血，也可因为局部的结扎线脱落而出血，因此在休养期间患者要注意，避免咳嗽或打喷嚏用力，如果发现局部出血的症状，医院请医生为自己诊断治疗。

　　四、合理饮食：肛周脓肿术后患者的饮食应该以清淡好消化为主，在手术后2-3天内多喝粥类和汤水，可以减轻肠胃负担，促进营养吸收。之后患者可以根据情况进食无渣或少渣的食物、适当吃一些高蛋白的食物，手术后5天可适当吃些蔬菜和水果，在手术创伤没有痊愈之前，患者一定要避免吃辛辣的食物，也不要喝酒抽烟，从而减少对局部组织的刺激，让创伤部位可以尽快痊愈。

　　另外，需要提醒肛周脓肿的患者，手术后在换药时局部出现的肉芽以新鲜红活的状态为佳，如果发现肉芽组织生长比较大并且高出表皮，为了避免并发症出现就需要及时进行修剪，缝合。如果肛周脓肿患者术后7-9天挂线没有脱落，需要进行换线再挂治疗处理。
